Associate Attorney

Scott Weaver

Scott Weaver is an associate attorney at Vrapi Weeks in our Santa Fe office. He represents families and individuals in cases involving family petitions, green card applications, waivers, naturalization, U visas for victims of crimes, removal or conditions, green card renewals, and other immigration matters. He is proficient in Spanish.

Mr. Weaver served in the United States Navy from 2002-2008. After leaving the service, he attended Marlboro College in Vermont, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies. In 2017, he earned a Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Texas School of Law, and a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the Lozano Long Institute for Latin American Studies. He has been a licensed attorney since 2017.
