Effective December 28, 2021, USCIS will expeditiously process EAD renewal applications for healthcare workers whose current EADs are within 30 days of expiration or have already expired. To request expedited processing, applicants must call the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833) and be ready to provide proof that they are a healthcare worker as provided here.
