Mr. Allen was born in Albuquerque and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2024 with a degree in Anthropology and Political Science and a minor in Community and Regional Planning. During his time in college, Mr. Allen interned as a Cultural Youth Ambassador for EducationUSA Argentina, working with students to understand American college culture and help with their college applications. He was a fellow for the National Science Foundation's Research Experience for Undergraduates, learning first-hand research skills while abroad in Vanuatu. Mr. Allen later developed and presented his research, "The Importance of Clan Identity and Economic Status in Vanuatu," at the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Conference.
Mr. Allen's great-grandparents and grandfather fled from the Weimar Republic and East Germany in the 20th century to escape occupation.
