Translations
Anyone who is conversant in both English and the foreign language may complete translations for immigration purposes. Vrapi Weeks clients receive a discount from MotaWord for professional translation services. We have also included a sample translation certificate below if you or a friend would like to complete the translation.
Discounted Translation Services
If you would like to use a translation service, our clients receive a discount with MotaWord. MotaWord gives our clients 15% off their rates of 10 cents per word for Spanish and 14 cents per word for over 100 other languages.
To request a translation:
- Go to motaword.com/quote
- Upload your documents to be translated. Please make sure you request a certified translation.

- Once you receive the translation, please email it to the Legal Case Manager on your case.
Translations on Your Own
Anyone who is conversant in both English and the foreign language may complete translations for immigration purposes. The foreign language document must be translated word-for-word using the same formatting as the original document. The translator also needs to complete and sign a certificate of translation using the language in the sample below.
CERTIFICATION BY TRANSLATOR
