My wife and I decided to go with this law firm as they have done her DACA before, and she had a good experience. This time we were going in to apply for permanent residency. We got a different legal assistant than she had when doing her DACA. At the beginning, it was a little rocky and hard to get questions, emails, and calls answered.
With that, we requested a change in legal assistant to Maribel as she has been recommended to us from a family friend raving about how she’s the best legal assistant and she has been more than amazing. Maribel has answered all our questions and makes sure we have no doubts. She would return our calls in minutes or until the next work day at the latest. She would reply to emails within seconds. Maribel double checked all our paperwork, made sure we had what we needed, and more in case what we had originally wasn’t enough. Being 23 years old and going into the progress is scary. You don’t know what to expect, how long it’s going to be and if there’s going to be any complications. Maribel was so delightful my wife was so impressed by how perfect she handled her job, explaining things to us and getting back to us so quickly. At the end of this long process, we both agreed whenever we have to renew her residency card or apply for citizenship, we will be returning and hope once again we get Maribel or at least someone she has mentored and trained herself and passed some wonderful traits too.
