Associate Attorney

Adnan Omer

Adnan Omer is an Associate Attorney in our Albuquerque office. He represents individuals and businesses in business visa petitions, green card applications, H-1B visas, PERM applications, J-1 Waivers, and other immigration matters. He is fluent in Kurdish.

Mr. Omer graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2022 with a major in Political Science. Prior to law school, he worked as an immigration paralegal handling primarily employment-based immigration matters. In 2025, he graduated from Elon University School of Law where he was Co-Director of their Pro Bono Board. While on the Board, he assisted with various immigration matters including a clinic to help Ukrainians who were displaced by the war and a Power of Attorney clinic for undocumented immigrants.

Outside of the office, Mr. Omer loves to watch college football (go Gamecocks!), play golf, and go on hikes.
